I am so thankful for my time with Ellen. In the time you are with her she becomes your body’s ally, advocate, voice, seer and healer. Such a wealth of knowledge and a gifted therapist. It would be so nice to live closer to her. thank you Ellen.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
