Invaluable knowledge of mind and body

I have been going to Ellen now for several years and just want to articulate how valuable a long term experience with Ellen is. She tracks my history better than I do in our sessions and is able to make mind-blowing links. She works like an alchemist.. fearlessly weaving the light and dark experience of the body into new alignment, pleasure and functional wisdom I trust her and with her help have learned to trust my body even more!

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
