Best session ever

Ellen is a true magician, she is so skilled at listening to the body and I was so surprised by how her touch allowed so much of my body to find its way back to a good feeling place. Thank you Ellen!

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
