So lucky Ellen lives nearby

I saw Ellen at 28weeks pregnant and she put me in an inversion posture that gave me complete relief from the heaviness of pregnancy and showed me how I can safely do this at home. She also assessed my previous cystocele and rectocele and I plan to see her again as part of my postpartum recovery plan. I’m so lucky she’s here in LA not too far from me. Ellen is attentive and gentle. She helped me see patterns of thought I hadn’t recognized or understood so thoroughly. She listens deeply.
