Loved it

Ellen has such a calm demeanor, it’s easy to be at peace around her, she just has a way of bringing your nervous system down to a calm place. She has such a wealth of knowledge and wisdom and knowing hands, I know I’m in good hands with her. We accomplished a lot in my session and I’m looking forward to working with her more.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
