Someone to trust

In the session with Ellen I felt super safe and cared for. At the same time I felt I was speaking to someone who holds a wonderful space for me to heal and to understand my wounds better. On top of this she is a real expert in her field and shares it with so much openness. Totally trust her advice and consultation. Thank you so much.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
