Finally! Someone who gets the big picture

I have never met a healer who gets all the reasons why my body has been in pain. Ellen has a depth of knowledge and touch that heals, a hopeful outlook on how to enact positive change. I am so encouraged that I can be a part of the healing I need, and that she will be there to make sure I’m on track. Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
