I have known Ellen Heed as a teacher and innovative healer for 15 years. I recently reconnected with her over pelvic floor issues and prolapse that developed after giving birth to my son. One hour with her was priceless for getting me on track with my healing. I have been dedicated to finding a path besides surgery and mesh. She is redefining what is possible for many women who face these issues. I cannot recommend her enough.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
