Mobility Reclaimed

Through Ellen’s work, I’ve been able to reclaim my mobility. Being a dental hygienist fo 30 years, I had locked up my right shoulder and hip, with poor posture during working hours. Due to her deep tissue massage, and helpful, health-related advice, I’m feeling 20 years younger.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
