Initial Session

I flew in from Florida to work with Ellen, and it was worth the trip. She is undoubtedly the best in her field of specialty, and her knowledge and insights were truly amazing… not to mention her world-class bodywork. I highly recommend her, and am looking forward to my follow up sessions.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
