Amazing. Just the kind of care I was looking for!

Ellen is incredible. Brilliant and knows the body inside and out. Just what I’ve been looking for to support my healing from a rape 20 years ago and my son’s very long birth that I’m still healing from. I’m so grateful I found her and know I’m in the best of hands.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
