Ellen is a solid healer. She is very versatile, with many tools in her toolbox. She is so helpful and thorough, taking the time to get to know you and get clear on you what you need. I’ve worked with many massage therapists and she is by far the most skilled and knowledgeable I’ve ever met. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with her.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
