Incredibly Detailed Work

I love Ellen Heed’s work. She’s incredibly precise and has a deep and wide reaching knowledge of the human body and all its layers. I have had a lot of body work in my lifetime, and have never experienced a bodyworker quite like her. Insightful, great energy, and high quality. Highly recommend.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation.
