Above and beyond

I expected our consultation to be excellent – that is what Ellen has been recommended to me as, but our session far exceeded my expectations. Ellen’s tremendous knowledge shone through as she drew together many modalities to present an accurate picture of what I am experiencing. I felt completely seen and heard. I left the session with concrete avenues to explore, and I am approaching what was once a difficult journey with calm, focus, and optimism!

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
