Master

Ellen is a master of her craft and extremely generous with her approach. She creates such a safe environment that change and healing is inevitable. In my 15 years of teaching yoga and giving bodywork, she is consistently the BEST.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
