Unbelievable first session! Ellen is truly gifted in what she does. She understands the human body from top to bottom and shares her information readily. I am so lucky to have met her and so looking forward to my next appointment with her!

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
