ELLEN IS AMAZING!

Ellen has helped me in so many ways to open, heal and awaken my once-NUMB body. I know this is just the beginning and there is so much more juiciness to come! She’s taught me how to believe in the magic of the Universe.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
