Amazing, intelligent approach

I am grateful and inspired after meeting with Ellen Heed. She has “golden hands” and an incredible background into the most complex of human conditions. Counselor, practitioner and healer – I feel so blessed to have found her.

Ellen Heed

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
