My appointment with Ellen

I have just met Ellen and I think she is a keeper! She was able to make sense out of many health issues I’ve been experiencing over the years. So far they have been rather mysterious in nature but Ellen is helping me understand them and tackle them one by one…. She is kind and attentive; talking to her was a healing experience in itself. She listens and explains patiently. You feel like you are talking to your best friend!

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
