Ellen has helped me in so many ways over the years. With bodywork with those magical energetic hands. Working out scar tissue where ever it may be, causing a wonderful sense of freedom and release in the body. Her consultations about food have been incredibly helpful, doable and life giving. Ellen’s dedication to healing is inspirational. She has a brilliant scientific mind and is incredibly generous in imparting information. This is a wise and beautiful being.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
