Thank you. Not just for the resources, but for our session and for everything. You were right…the morning ocean plunge has been life-changing. Even from the first day. I’m working toward staying underwater for longer counts each day and becoming stronger. You were also right about my need for intense physical exertion. (DUH!!!) I’ve been upping the intensity of my yoga and exploring acrobatic classes. Spinning and climbing are next. The anxiety and depression are gone and my social life is blooming!
