The Best!

I am a yoga teacher and bodyworker and have not met another person whose skill base is as holistic and deep as Ellen Heed’s. She is able to hold space for the whole person while making profound changes in the physical structure. I find that her bodywork continues to unwind for days after I see her.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
