Gratitude

Ellen is like a mix of all the great healers, advocates, teachers and pioneers that I’ve met in my life, all wrapped up into one person! She is truly divine and I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to do the most profound body and spirit work under her guidance and support.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
