Amazing healer and person

I feel so lucky to have met Ellen at a yoga teacher training. She was there to share her vast anatomy knowledge. She is so smart and has so much applicable and helpful info. When I met with her privately I got a coaching, a bodywork session and tons of great
things to do at home that are super helpful. This woman is a gift and I would recommend her to anyone looking to be and feel their best.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
