Another wonderful session: general bodywork

Ellen really took the time to ask me questions about all the various ailments I’ve collected over the years. Then she proceeded to work a ton of scar tissue out of me. This included with a great deal of helpful information on how to do self-maintenance in between times. Amazing and totally worth it.
