Blown away!

So finding Ellen has been like striking gold or seeing a unicorn… I’ve been on a healing journey for over 7 years and seen more than 50 doctors and many more healers, but Ellen just might top them all. Her intuitive, kind, and thoughtful ‘bedside manner’ is second only to her unmatched comprehensive knowledge of the human body. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to be able to work with her. Run, don’t walk!

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
