formidable journey

This is my second review after working with Ellen for over a year. It’s been a joyous journey full of adventures. In every session I continue to confront new insights about my personal history and my potential, about the organic body, about society and ancestry, about the fundamental experiences of time, selfhood, and the material universe. I’ve never felt more content as I feel now, nor have I felt more hopeful. Thank you, Ellen, for accompanying me on this formidable and enlightening journey.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
