Integrative health expert

I’ve been working with Ellen for close to two years now. The transformation in my body, both internally and externally, has exceeded my expectations. My body is now functioning at a much higher level than it was when I began, and my quality of life has unquestionably improved since I met Ellen.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
