New level of self-awareness

Ellen was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and effective. She eloquently guided me through the trouble spots in my body and brought me to a new level of understanding about it. The bodywork was incredible. When I left my first session it felt like I had a brand new vessel. The level of awareness and energy I felt post was unprecedented. So grateful for her and her work.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
