Post-hernia pain and education

I saw Ellen for post-operative pain. I was impressed with her assessment skills and the comprehensive treatment including multiple factors such as diet, lifestyle, emotions, posture, my biochemical tendencies and more. Ellen has been an integral part of my training in Sexological Bodywork with her inspiring and detailed original anatomy presentations. I highly recommend her as a teacher and clinician.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
