Rich experience and entirely positive growth

The time I recently spent with Ellen was remarkable and the effects on my psyche and body continue to unfold…her hands spoke the language of my body, and through her safe and experienced touch, I was able to deepen my own understanding of my being. Learning and experiencing through facilitated touch can only happen when there is a shared understanding on many levels and I am so grateful that Ellen was able and willing to ‘meet’ me along this fascinating path of bodywork.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
