The Best

I’ve worked with, and been worked on by, many therapists, bodyworkers and healers of all sorts. Ellen Heed is the best of the best. She knows more different healing systems than anyone else I’ve encountered and understands the strengths and weaknesses of each and how they work together, when and how to use certain techniques, and what to expect to accomplish with them. Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own. My role is to connect the dots, provide informed critical thinking, and offer choice points along the way.
