When you’re good, you’re great.

Ellen is great! Ellen was very responsive and booked our meeting right away. There are few people who can speak to our overall health with her clarity and care. Her knowledge is so clear that it is easy to take her input and apply her suggestions immediately. Which really, really speaks to her listening. Ellen is also very reality based and is willing to go into the difficult topics, and do the deepest work. She has my highest recommendation.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
