Excellent First Visit

Ellen Heed was recommended to me by a coworker, who was very pleased with her own experiences. I met Ellen yesterday for the first time. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis with chronic inflammatory issues. Ellen has many ideas to address my condition far exceeding what my medical doctor’s offer. I also had 2 hours of hands on bodywork by her. Where
she zeroed in on the smallest of issues, including very old scars I had forgotten about. I was very impressed by her natural skills and wealth of knowledge.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
