Perfect Body Health

In my travels and meetings with doctors, there is no one more knowledgeable, more straight talking and more importantly someone who gets you results than Ellen. I cannot recommend her highly enough – she has played a very important part in my continual mental and physical well being.

Soma means “of the body.” I am a somatic educator active in the fields of psychology, anatomy, bodywork, sexology, and scar remediation. One of my missions is to teach people about their own anatomy as a road to self-empowerment. I witness that many bodies innately know how to heal on their own.
